What landlords need to know

Annual gas safety check
Every gas appliance, fitting and flue you provide must be checked by a Gas Safe engineer every 12 months.
Give tenants a copy
Existing tenants need a copy within 28 days of the check. New tenants get one before they move in.
Keep records
Keep each record for at least two years. We store copies too and remind you before the next one is due.
